HOW TO ORDER
Investigations are designed to fit your
particular needs and address your concerns. At DateSmart
, we
work personally and confidentially with you. Therefore, submitting
your request on-line is not an option and we invite you to call
or send email: incase@datesmart.com
to develop a personalized plan. Please be sure you've read Important Information for issues involving
your request.
All inquiries and information obtained by DateSmart/InCase will be kept confidential. The searches outlined at DateSmart.com present ideas and examples of the types of investigations available. They have been designed to bring certain information to your attention and to alert you to potential problems in a relationship.
Searches are based on the information you provide, such as name and date of birth. If there is data missing, attempts will be made to obtain it for you and it will be included in your final report whenever possible. Fees are based on the search for information, whether or not the search results in records found.
Your investigation will begin upon payment authorization. Results of a First Move are usually available within 5-7 days, this allows some time to prepare your report. Results of other types investigations usually take additional time, you will be advised of the time-frame upon your request.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Checks and money orders should be made payable to InCase. Charges on your credit card statement will be from InCase. For security purposes, you will receive a confirmation email message upon authorization.
The fee reflects searches conducted in the United States for one subject name and may be more or less depending on how much information you can provide about the subject and what state or jurisdiction the investigation is to take place in. You will be advised of exactly what the fees will be before we begin.
Upon your request to initiate an investigation with DateSmart/InCase, you acknowledge you have read and understand Important Information.
